Refund policy

At OFFDAZE, we design pieces for people who move different.
We maintain strict quality control before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, please review the policy below carefully before raising a request.

By placing an order on offcomfrt.in, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Delivery date will be verified via courier tracking.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact

  • No perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, damage, or alterations

  • Product must pass quality inspection after reaching our facility

If the returned product fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized products

  • Limited drops

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Free gifts (if applicable)

Unless received damaged or incorrect.


4. Return Process

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear reason for return

Once approved:

  • Customer must ship the product to the address provided

  • Return shipping fee: ₹150 (mandatory)

  • We do not provide reverse pickup unless mentioned

After inspection and approval:

  • Store Credit will be issued within 2 working days


5. Exchange Process

Conditions:

  • Must be requested within 48 hours

  • Product must meet eligibility criteria

  • ₹150 exchange processing fee applies

If the product is damaged or incorrect, shipping charges will be borne by OFFDAZE.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


6. Store Credit Policy (Important)

OFFDAZE operates on a Store Credit Only refund system.

We do NOT offer refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or original payment methods.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of OFFDAZE Store Credit only.

Store Credit:

  • Issued within 2 working days after return approval

  • Can be used for future purchases on offdaze.in

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash

  • Cannot be clubbed with certain promotional offers (if applicable)


7. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will:

  • Replace the product
    OR

  • Issue store credit

Refund to original payment method will only be processed in rare cases where replacement is not possible and solely at OffDaze's discretion.


8. COD Orders & Abuse Protection

  • Excessive returns, refused COD deliveries, or suspicious activity may result in account restrictions.

  • OFFDAZE reserves the right to deny future COD orders in such cases.

  • Repeat misuse of return policy may lead to permanent service denial.


9. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Processing timelines may vary during sale periods or high order volumes.

  • OFFDAZE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
