Welcome to OFFDAZE. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.offdaze.in, and any purchases you make through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

OFFDAZE is a brand owned and operated by 4 friends under the laws of India.

Registered Office: Rewari, Haryana, 123401, India

2. Eligibility

To use our website and make purchases, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of India (for domestic orders)
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
Be in possession of a valid payment method

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices may be revised at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display accurate colors and details, actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of handcrafted/manufactured goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if products are listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

We may cancel orders due to the following reasons:

Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Failure to verify payment or delivery details

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
Net Banking
Wallets
EMI (on eligible orders)
Cash on Delivery (COD) where available

All online payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partner(s). We do not store your card details or UPI credentials on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for detailed information on shipping rates, timelines, and partners.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At Offdaze , we design pieces for people who move different.
We maintain strict quality control before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, please review the policy below carefully before raising a request.

By placing an order on offdaze.in, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Delivery date will be verified via courier tracking.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn
All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
No perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, damage, or alterations
Product must pass quality inspection after reaching our facility

If the returned product fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Customized products
Limited drops
Final sale items
Discounted or promotional items
Free gifts (if applicable)

Unless received damaged or incorrect.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Order number
Clear reason for return

Once approved:

Customer must ship the product to the address provided
Return shipping fee: ₹as applied on your return fee(mandatory)
We do not provide reverse pickup unless mentioned

After inspection and approval:

Store Credit will be issued within 2 working days

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Conditions:

Must be requested within 48 hours
Product must meet eligibility criteria
exchange shipping fee: ₹as applied on your return(mandatory)

If the product is damaged or incorrect, shipping charges will be borne by Offdaze.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

6. Store Credit Policy (Important)

Offdaze operates on a Store Credit Only refund system.

We do NOT offer refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or original payment methods.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of Offdaze Store Credit only.

Store Credit:

Issued within 2 working days after return approval
Can be used for future purchases on offcomfrt.in
Is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
Cannot be clubbed with certain promotional offers (if applicable)

7. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

To initiate a return:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will:

Replace the product
OR
Issue store credit

Refund to original payment method will only be processed in rare cases where replacement is not possible and solely at Offdaze’s discretion.

8. COD Orders & Abuse Protection

Excessive returns, refused COD deliveries, or suspicious activity may result in account restrictions.
Offdaze reserves the right to deny future COD orders in such cases.
Repeat misuse of return policy may lead to permanent service denial.

9. Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing timelines may vary during sale periods or high order volumes.
Offdaze reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and code, is the intellectual property of OFFDAZE and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
Submit false or misleading information
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website
Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content in reviews or communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the proper functioning of our website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, OFFDAZE , its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OFFDAZE harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our website.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at haryana.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first for an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. The seat of arbitration shall be as per the jurisdiction stated above.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
